„White papers“, that you can find in the „Our Worksection, are written on request and for the needs of the company, and represent its property. These and all other materials published on our Website, which are created on request and for the specific needs of the company, are its property and may not be further used without prior approval. Exceptions to this rule are blogs whose publication on the Website is offered to the company by the author and which in some cases are simultaneously published on the personal profiles of the authors on other online platforms.

The authors of the blogs are employees of Maestral. Blogging plans may, but do not have to, exist at the department level in Maestral. Some blogs are published even though they were not previously included in the plan, either because such a plan does not exist in the department or team of which the employee is a member, or because that particular blog was not previously included in that plan. In other words, the dynamics of blogging are flexible and adapts to the current needs of Maestral. The dynamics and order of publishing blogs on the site is determined by the Maestral marketing and communication department, in cooperation with the authors of blogs who are exclusively employees of Maestral and Mistral. Our Website offers a subscription to receive a newsletter from us. The tool we use to create and send newsletters is Mailchimp. Every and each email sent from Mailchimp to you, by default provides an “unsubscribe” option that allows you to unsubscribe from the newsletter.

It is forbidden to post pornographic, explicit (scenes of violence, torture, etc.) and similar content on the Website. It is forbidden to post content that represents, supports or refers to hate speech, intolerance, personal, national, religious intolerance, which contains swearing, insults, disparagement, provocations or other offensive material.

All applications go to the following link: https://mistral.talentlyft.com/#home, which is maintained by Mistral, sister company of Maestral. Candidates information is sent directly to Mistral. Candidates application information remains anonymous and available exclusively to Mistral.

We save all information about your job advertisements in internal databases and in order to have it saved and available at any time if needed to be considered for future open competitions.

Information from candidate biographies will not be misused by Maestral nor by Mistral or used for any purpose other than potential employment.

If the candidate wishes to permanently delete their data and logins from the Maestral and/or Mistral database, the option of permanent deletion is provided by sending the request to Mistral and clearly ordering the permanent deletion of data and biography by e-mail dpo@maestralsolutions.com.
